Return & Exchange Policy

At HAZER, your satisfaction matters to us. Here’s how our return and exchange process works:

1. Check Before You Accept

You are welcome to inspect your item while the courier is present.

• If you choose not to keep it for any reason, simply hand it back on the spot.

• In this case, only the shipping fee will be charged.

Please inspect the item in front of the courier.

If you wish to return it, hand it back immediately to avoid any complications.

2. In the Rare Case of an Issue

All our pieces go through careful quality checks, but if something isn’t perfect:

• We’ll send you a brand new replacement at no extra cost.

• Please send us a message with clear photos via Instagram DM within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Notes & Conditions

• Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

• Returns are only accepted during delivery.

• We currently do not offer refunds, only exchanges or immediate returns.
